The order of admission to college at KAU

1. In Col­le­ge at KAU ci­tizens of Re­pub­lic Ka­zakh­stan, fo­re­ign ci­tizens and pe­op­le wit­ho­ut the ci­tizens­hip, cons­tan­tly li­ving in Re­pub­lic Ka­zakh­stan in the or­der es­tabli­shed by the le­gis­la­ti­on of Re­pub­lic Ka­zakh­stan, the in­terna­ti­onal cont­racts, ag­re­ements, and al­so, un­der the cont­ract ma­de with the of edu­cati­onal or­ga­niza­ti­ons of Re­pub­lic Ka­zakh­stan are ac­cepted; the pe­op­le of the Ka­zakh na­ti­ona­lity who are not ci­tizens of Re­pub­lic Ka­zakh­stan, ha­ving ba­sic ge­neral, se­con­da­ry edu­cati­on and ini­ti­al pro­fes­si­onal tra­ining.
Ot­her fo­re­ign ci­tizens and pe­op­le wit­ho­ut ci­tizens­hip are ac­cepted in col­le­ge in the or­der es­tabli­shed by the le­gis­la­ti­on of Re­pub­lic Ka­zakh­stan, and al­so the in­terna­ti­onal cont­racts ra­tifi­ed by Re­pub­lic Ka­zakh­stan.
2. Ci­tizens ha­ving ini­ti­al pro­fes­si­onal tra­ining on al­li­ed spe­ci­al­ti­es are ac­cepted on tra­ining un­der the bri­ef, ac­ce­lera­ted prog­rams; ha­ving ave­rage pro­fes­si­onal tra­ining, are ac­cepted on tra­ining on the bri­ef edu­cati­onal prog­rams in the bri­ef terms.
3. In Col­le­ge at KAU ad­missi­on on the fol­lo­wing spe­ci­al­ti­es un­der full ti­me and part ti­me forms of tra­ining is car­ri­ed out.

4. To the app­li­cati­on for ad­missi­on in Col­le­ge at KAU app­ly the ori­ginal of the do­cument on edu­cati­on, the me­dical in­forma­ti­on form 086, 026 pass­port of he­alth, 063 in­di­vidu­al card of a child, (for in­va­lids 1и2 gro­ups and in­va­lids sin­ce the child­ho­od conc­lu­si­on МСЭ), 4 pho­tos in the si­ze 3.4 (for cre­ati­ve spe­ci­al­ti­es 5 pho­tos) gra­du­ates of se­con­da­ry scho­ols of the cur­rent year the sta­te cer­ti­fica­te on re­sults unit na­ti­onal or the cer­ti­fica­te of comp­lex tes­ting, a co­py of the re­ce­ipt on pa­yment of a re­gist­ra­ti­on pa­yment. Works ha­ving the ex­pe­ri­en­ce app­ly the co­py of a work-re­cord card cer­ti­fi­ed by the emp­lo­yer.
At de­live­ry of do­cuments ent­rant sho­uld show the iden­ti­fica­ti­on card, the pass­port or the cer­ti­fica­te on a birth, or the do­cument rep­la­cing it and.
5. Ent­ran­ce exa­mina­ti­ons for ci­tizens:
With se­con­da­ry edu­cati­on (cur­rent year scho­ol le­avers tra­ined in Uz­bek, Uigur, Tad­jik lan­gu­ages) are con­ducted on three sub­jects ac­cording to the ba­sic ge­neral edu­cati­on and ma­in se­con­da­ry edu­cati­on cur­ri­culum (Ka­zakh) Rus­si­an lan­gu­ages, his­to­ry of Ka­zakh­stan and spe­cific dis­cipli­ne.
With the ba­sic ge­neral edu­cati­on – two sub­jects in ac­cordan­ce with ge­neral ba­sic edu­cati­on cur­ri­culum Ka­zakh, Rus­si­an lan­gu­ages and spe­cific dis­cipli­ne.
Pro­file sub­jects for spe­ci­al­ti­es 0516000 – Fi­nan­ce (on branc­hes), 0518000 – Ac­co­un­ting and audi­ting (on branc­hes), 0519000 – Eco­nomics, 1306000 – Ra­dio elect­ro­nics and com­mu­nica­ti­on is Math; 1306000 – Ra­dio elect­ro­nics and com­mu­nica­ti­on, 1309000 – Op­ti­cal and elect­ro­nics equ­ip­ment is Phy­sics.
App­li­cants who fa­iled on cre­ati­ve exa­mina­ti­on are not al­lo­wed to ta­ke ot­her exa­mina­ti­ons.
1)Qu­an­ti­ty of test qu­es­ti­ons on each sub­ject is 30. The cor­rect ans­wer is eva­lu­ated as 1 mark. Tes­ting on three sub­jects comp­ri­ses 2 ho­urs 15 mi­nutes, on two sub­jects 1 ho­ur 30 mi­nutes. Co­des of cor­rect ans­wers are pos­ting up af­ter tes­ting. Tes­ting re­sults are an­no­un­ced du­ring tes­ting day.
2) Marks ‘3’, ’4’, ’5’ get­ting on re­sults of ent­ran­ce exa­mina­ti­ons are trans­for­med by ad­missi­on bo­ard to sco­re ac­cording to sca­le "3”-10 sco­res, "4”-20 sco­res, "5”-30 sco­res.
6. In or­der to pro­vide ma­in­te­nan­ce of com­mon re­qu­ire­ments and per­mi­ti­on of qu­es­ti­onab­le si­tu­ation du­ring test as­sess­ment and exa­mina­ti­ons, se­lec­ti­on bo­ard is cre­ated for the pro­tec­ti­on of the ent­rant’s right.
Re­sident, who di­sag­re­es with the re­sults of tes­ting or ent­ran­ce exa­mina­ti­ons, has the right for se­lec­ti­on bo­ard.
Ap­pe­al is app­li­ed by se­lec­ti­on bo­ard du­ring a day af­ter an­no­un­ce­ment of exa­mina­ti­on re­sults.
Re­take tes­ting or ent­ran­ce exams on sub­jects are not al­lo­wed.
7. Re­cep­ti­on of app­li­cati­ons of the ci­tizens ac­ting in col­le­ge on full- ti­me tra­ining is car­ri­ed out from Ju­ne, 20 till August, 20, on the part ti­me form of tra­ining from Ju­ne, 20 till Sep­tember, 20. Ent­ran­ce exa­mina­ti­ons on the full- ti­me tra­ining are car­ri­ed out from August, 1 till August, 28, on part – ti­me tra­ining from August, 1 till Sep­tember, 25.
8. Trans­fer in num­ber of stu­dents of the full- ti­me tra­ining is car­ri­ed out on a com­pe­titi­ve ba­sis from August, 25 till August, 30, on part – ti­me tra­ining is car­ri­ed out from Sep­tember, 15 till Sep­tember, 30.
Com­pe­titi­on is car­ri­ed out:
On the ba­sis of sco­res of the cer­ti­fica­tes gi­ven by re­sults of unit na­ti­onal tes­ting of the cur­rent year;
On the ba­sis of po­ints of the cer­ti­fica­tes gi­ven on re­sult of ent­ran­ce exa­mina­ti­ons, car­ri­ed out to the form of comp­lex tes­ting for ac­ting in col­le­ge;
At car­ry­ing out of com­pe­titi­on on trans­fer the sco­re from three sub­jects spe­cifi­ed in cer­ti­fica­te UNТ or comp­lex tes­ting is ta­ken in­to ac­co­unt.
9. The ci­tizens who ha­ve col­lected less 20 sco­res from two sub­jects for ha­ving ba­sic ge­neral edu­cati­on and less of 30 sco­res from three sub­jects for ha­ving se­con­da­ry edu­cati­on are not sup­po­sed to par­ti­cipa­ti­on in com­pe­titi­on on trans­fer in a num­ber of stu­dents.
