The order of admission in a master’s degree

1. In mas­ter’s deg­ree of uni­ver­si­ty,ci­tizens of Re­pub­lic Ka­zakh­stan, fo­re­ign ci­tizens and per­sons wit­ho­ut the ci­tizens­hip, ha­ving the high pro­fes­si­onal tra­ining and shown pro­pen­si­ty to sci­en­ti­fic work on the fol­lo­wing spe­ci­al­ti­es are ac­cepted:

2. For­ma­ti­on of a con­tingent mas­ter’s deg­ree in uni­ver­si­ty is car­ri­ed out by me­ans of ac­commo­dati­on of the sta­te or­der for pre­para­ti­on of sci­en­ti­fical­ly pe­dago­gical staff, and al­so pa­yment of tra­ining at the ex­pense of phy­sical and le­gal per­sons un­der the forms de­ter­mi­ned by Mi­nis­ter.
3. Pe­op­le with the Ka­zakh eth­nic back­gro­und, be­ing ci­tizens of ot­her sta­tes, has the equ­al right to ad­missi­on of the high sci­en­ti­fical­ly pe­dago­gical edu­cati­on with ci­tizens of Re­pub­lic of Ka­zakh­stan. Fo­re­ign ci­tizens and tho­se who don’t ha­ve ci­tizens­hip, per­ma­nent­ly li­ving in re­pub­lic of Ka­zakh­stan can use equ­al right on the high-sci­en­ti­fic pe­dago­gical edu­cati­on with ci­tizens of Re­pub­lic of Ka­zakh­stan in the or­der of es­tabli­shed by the le­gis­la­ti­on of Re­pub­lic of Ka­zakh­stan, the in­terna­ti­onal cont­racts, ag­re­ements, and al­so un­der the cont­racts ma­de with KAU.
4. Ot­her fo­re­ign ci­tizens and tho­se who do not ha­ve ci­tizens­hip are ad­mitted in mas­ter KAU on the ba­sis of in­terna­ti­onal cont­racts and ag­re­ement, ra­tifi­ed by Re­pub­lic of Ka­zakh­stan.
5. For the pe­ri­od of con­ducting ent­ran­ce exa­mina­ti­on and trans­fer in a mas­ter in KAU, the sub­ject exa­mina­ti­on and se­lec­ti­on bo­ard, that mem­bers and po­wer af­firmed by rec­tor of KAU are cre­ated.
6. The ci­tizens ha­ving the ge­neral sco­re for all term of tra­ining on pre­vi­ous le­vels (lo­wer 4on 5 mark sca­le) are not sup­po­sed to ad­missi­on in num­ber of mas­ter on sta­te or­der of ci­tizen
7. Ad­missi­on of app­li­cati­ons is car­ri­ed out from Ju­ly 15, till August 01, ent­ran­ce exams from August 15–20, en­rolment from 31 August.
8. Ci­tizens to the app­li­cati­on for ad­missi­on in a mas­ter app­ly the do­cument on the high pro­fes­si­onal tra­ining, 6 pho­tos 3x4, me­dical in­forma­ti­on form 086–4, and al­so a co­py of the do­cument cer­ti­fy­ing per­son for the Ad­missi­on Bo­ard of uni­ver­si­ty for ad­missi­on in a mas­ter deg­ree.
In the ad­missi­on bo­ard of aca­demy ci­tizens ac­ting in a mas­ter deg­ree hand over ent­ran­ce exa­mina­ti­ons on fo­re­ign lan­gu­age and dis­cipli­ne on a spe­ci­al­ty.
Ent­ran­ce exa­mina­ti­ons on fo­re­ign lan­gu­age in the form of tes­ting in the cen­ters de­velo­ped by the Mi­nist­ry.
Exa­mina­ti­on on dis­cipli­ne of a spe­ci­al­ty in the vo­lume of prog­rams of a pre­vi­ous le­vel of the high pro­fes­si­onal tra­ining is car­ri­ed out by the Ad­missi­on Bo­ard of aca­demy.
Re­take exa­mina­ti­ons is not sup­po­sed.
9. Ent­rant who di­sag­re­es with the de­cisi­on of Ad­missi­on Bo­ard, has the right to sub­mit writ­ten ap­pe­al app­li­cati­on.
10. Af­ter con­si­dera­ti­on of the ap­pe­al it is ma­de by de­cisi­on of the se­lec­ti­on abo­ard on an eva­lu­ation of exa­mina­ti­on work (as in ca­se, its inc­re­ase, and down­turn).
11. Trans­fer in mas­ter’ num­ber is car­ri­ed out on a com­pe­titi­on ba­sis on the re­sults of ent­ran­ce exa­mina­ti­ons. At sum­ma­rizing com­pe­titi­on pre­feren­ce is gi­ven out to the per­sons most ca­pab­le and pre­pared for de­velop­ment of mas­ter edu­cati­onal prog­ram.
The ci­tizens who ha­ve less 8 sco­res on fo­re­ign lan­gu­age and spe­ci­al­ty ent­ran­ce exa­mina­ti­ons to trans­fer in a num­ber of mas­ter at 5 mark sca­le of an eva­lu­ation of know­ledge on eve­ry dis­cipli­ne.
12. Trans­fer in num­ber mas­ter’s deg­ree is car­ri­ed out by the Ad­missi­on bo­ard of uni­ver­si­ty from August, 31.
