Students council

Stu­dent Co­un­cil of KAU is vo­lun­ta­ry, in­de­pen­dent uni­on, cre­ated on the ba­sis of free will and com­mon in­te­rests of stu­dents for re­ali­zati­on of rights and le­gal in­te­rests of stu­dents.

Ma­in tasks of Stu­dent Co­un­cil
• re­ali­zati­on of so­ci­al-eco­nomi­cal rights and in­te­rests of stu­dents in or­der to imp­ro­ve the con­di­ti­ons, sa­fety of the­ir la­bor and he­alth;

• cre­ation of pos­si­bili­ti­es for me­dical ca­re, tre­at­ment and re­laxa­ti­on, imp­ro­vement of li­ving con­di­ti­ons;

• ma­in­te­nan­ce of oc­cu­pati­on po­licy

Ba­sic ac­ti­vity of stu­dent co­un­cil di­rec­ted on:
• ma­king plans and prog­rams on so­ci­al, eco­nomi­cal and le­gal pro­tec­ti­on of stu­dents; emp­lo­yment pro­visi­on and cont­ri­buti­on of the pro­posals to ad­mi­nist­ra­ti­on;

• le­gal and con­sulting as­sistan­ce;

• cont­rol of ob­serva­ti­on of le­gis­la­ti­on abo­ut edu­cati­on, le­gis­la­ti­on abo­ut la­bor pro­tec­ti­on in res­pect of stu­dents wit­hin rights, gi­ven by ad­mi­nist­ra­ti­on and cla­im of eli­mina­ti­on of the re­ve­aled vi­ola­ti­ons;

• or­ga­niza­ti­on and par­ti­cipa­ti­on in cha­rity of dif­fe­rent le­vels;

• or­ga­niza­ti­on of sci­en­ti­fic, cre­ati­ve con­fe­ren­ces, sym­po­si­ums, se­minars, etc.

• or­ga­niza­ti­onal and prac­ti­cal as­sistan­ce to ad­mi­nist­ra­ti­on in inc­re­asing, ex­tensi­on and de­epe­ning of know­ledge, abi­liti­es and skills of stu­dents;

• as­sistan­ce in cre­ation of con­di­ti­ons for re­ali­zati­on by stu­dents of the­ir in­di­vidu­al abi­liti­es and in­tellec­tu­al po­ten­ti­al in the in­te­rest of who­le so­ci­ety.
