The 2010 In­terna­ti­onal Con­fe­ren­ce on In­forma­tics, Cy­ber­ne­tics, and Com­pu­ter App­li­cati­ons (ICIC­CA 2010) is a fo­rum for sci­en­tists, en­gi­ne­ers, and prac­ti­ti­oners to pre­sent the­ir la­test re­se­arch re­sults, ide­as, de­velop­ments and app­li­cati­ons in the are­as of In­forma­ti­on Ret­ri­eval, Com­pu­ter Se­curi­ty, Com­pu­tati­onal In­telli­gen­ce, Ar­ti­fici­al In­telli­gen­ce, Net­working, Ne­ural net­works, Net­work se­curi­ty, Bi­omet­rics Tech­no­logi­es and App­li­cati­ons, Pat­tern Re­cog­ni­ti­on and Bi­omet­rics Se­curi­ty, Bi­oin­forma­tics and IT App­li­cati­ons in the abo­ve the­mes.

Pa­pers sub­mitted will be re­vi­ewed by a mi­nimum of two re­vi­ewers and it is ex­pected that most of the ac­cepted pa­pers will un­dergo re­visi­on be­fore sen­ding the ca­mera re­ady ver­si­on.
All the pa­pers will be re­vi­ewed and the ac­cepted pa­pers in the con­fe­ren­ce will be pub­li­shed in the con­fe­ren­ce pro­ce­edings, DLI­NE com­pu­ting da­taba­se, and will be in­de­xed in ma­ny glo­bal da­taba­ses. In ad­di­ti­on, all the ac­cepted pa­pers will be pub­li­shed in the fol­lo­wing spe­ci­al is­su­es jo­ur­nals af­ter subs­tan­ti­al re­visi­on and mo­difi­cati­on.
